Most assessments end with a report. Most courses end with a certificate. DIVU connects the two and adds the part that matters most: using the skills at work.
Each person answers 40 questions. The assessment looks at four skills: interpreting, managing, analyzing and communicating data. The result shows the overall score, level, sub-scores and Data Personality.
DRS by DIVU uses short lessons, guided practice, workshops and feedback. The learning path can change based on the assessment results, so people spend more time on the skills they actually need.
Participants work on a real company decision. The case might involve sales, pricing, margin, customers, reporting or operations. DIVU coaches the team to turn the data into a clear recommendation.
The team repeats the assessment after the program. The company can compare the overall score and the four skill areas before and after the program.
